How to Attract Abundance through Meditation

The law of attraction is the basis of physical reality and it simply states that your vibration will attract your reality. If you have a positive vibration going, you will attract a positive reality into your life and when you vibrate in a negative manner, you will end up attracting circumstances which reflect this negative tone.

Most people who are looking to attract wealth, or abundance in any other form, into their life, start making an effort to focus on the right thoughts and do visualization exercises, while completely disregarding the moment to moment vibration that they are offering. There are many practices of meditation available, but many of them seem to focus on “effort” – like focusing on a sound, focusing on your breathing or focusing on your body and stuff like that. All these meditations can be helpful because eventually they do take attention away from negative thinking, thus creating a vibration of peace, but they don’t necessarily create a vibration of abundance because of the effort involved.

The best meditation, to create an abundance vibration, would be to just let go of all forms of “focus”. Just let go of your need to focus, it’s that simple. This is the ultimate state of letting go, which allows you to return to your natural vibration which is one of joy, love and peace (a high vibration that attract physical abundance of all forms).

Initially, it might be difficult to feel this place of a total letting go. This is because the mind, habitually, wants to focus on something. It finds it very uncomfortable, and very scary, to just let go of the need to focus.
