You can get some canned lean meat, or buy them fresh. If you are buying canned meat make sure you check the sodium content, and go for the ones with a low sodium count. Whole wheat bread is a better option than refined flour bread, they are low in calories and rich in mineral content.
6.) Celery, Zucchini and Brussels Sprouts – These vegetables are not only tasty to eat raw, but they have less calories and high minerals. You can cut up some zucchini, celery and Brussels, add a dash of dressing (no cream or high fat sauces), and keep them in the refrigerator. You can then snack on this salad every time you feel hungry.
7.) Apples, Water Melons, Oranges and Grapes – These are some easily available fruits that have low calories, high water content and rich amount of minerals and vitamins. Eat these fruits fresh, or buy some frozen fruits – either of these options work well. Apples are filling, tasty and easy to carry around, as are oranges and grapes. Water melons can be had at home for breakfast or an evening snack. Fruits in general are filling foods with low calories, you can’t get fat on fruits.
