Fun Things to Do At Sleepovers

So you are thinking of having a sleep over and wondering what stuff you could do to make it that fun filled girly evening. The good news is that in a room full of all your girl friends, chances are you would not be bored. All that chatter and gossip, will probably keep you up most of the night. But just in case you run out of ideas of what to do to keep everyone entertained, here are some suggestions.

Kids Sleepovers – Fun Things To Do

We have all been there, your little girl asks to have a sleepover and is really, really excited. You are thinking: “10 little girls…how will I keep them entertained?”

Here are some tried and tested ideas!

1. Supply your crowd of girls with all your old jewellery, some make up and perhaps some old clothes, or suggest they bring some outfits form home that they love- voilá, the girls can enjoy their own fashion show.

2. Play board games- this is not such a creative idea, but if you get one that the girls love, it can entertain them for at least a couple of hours.

3. A talent show! Singing, dancing, magic tricks or story telling your girls’ talent show can have it all!

4. A good old pillow fight!

5. Watch movies- find out what movies the girls would like to see and finish the evening with a movie marathon. This idea works best with tons of popcorn and ice cream!

Fun Things To Do For Teenagers/ Adults (you are never too old for sleepovers)

Regardless of how old we are, us girls never tire of sleepovers. What better than to ditch the boys for the night and indulge in some real girly time!

1. Get all your girlfriends to bring over lots of pampering goodies. Lotions potions, face masks and of course pyjamas! The more ridiculous the pyjamas the better for that extra humour effect.

2. Talk about boys! Share your funny stories about boys. Discuss who is the hottest. And if you need to, have a moan about your silly boyfriend or ex.

3. One of my favourite old tricks that never stops being funny- prank calls (even better when done to…you guessed it the boys) put on funny voices and be really, really silly.

4. Makeovers! Do each other’s makeovers and take pictures- this gets better if you start with good ones and move on to the ridiculous- it will have you in stitches!

5. Truth or Dare- get each other to spill the beans and discover your friend’s secrets! Alternatively, dare them to commit silly, funny or embarrassing acts- going into a shop in crazy clothes, asking the boy out that they like or dancing crazily to music. Whatever you would like to see them do, dare them to do it!

6. Do your nails while gossiping- it makes gossiping more fun!

7. Watch romantic comedies and swoon over the hot guys while eating lots of popcorn, ice cream and chocolate!

Sleepovers are a great way to bond with your girlfriends. Girls and women have enjoyed these female only parties for ages! So, what are you waiting for?
