5 Healthy Gluten Free Bread-Maker Recipes
Gluten intolerance appears to be on the rise in humans and even where gluten-free diets are not necessary many people are choosing it as a life style and health promoting option. Gluten free products however can add a great deal to shopping bills, most of them being quite costly alternatives. One way round this is to buy a bread maker and make your own gluten-free foods which can include loaves, rolls, cakes, pizza bases and muffins. Let’s look at some healthy and delicious gluten free bread-machine recipes that are really easy to make.
Your individual bread maker will offer advice for general bread-making tips and settings which will vary from machine to machine.

Bake the ingredients above in your bread-maker on a dough setting or your machine’s equivalent. - 240 ml water
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt

Place all the ingredients except the toppings in the bread machine and cook on a dough setting or the equivalent on your machine.

Sourcing gluten free bread making flour and fibre mixes is also relatively easy as demand rises. If you are unable to source them locally through health food stores and sometimes pharmacies then there are many on-line ordering options.
