How to Relieve Anxiety in 30 Minutes or Less
We all suffer from stress and anxiety at certain times within our lives. However there are some people who are definitely more prone to anxiety attacks than others. It is important to learn how to deal with stress in a positive way so that it does not negatively impact your quality of life. Over the years of dealing with stress and anxiety attacks myself I have learned a very quick method of relieving anxiety so that I can continue on with my day and sleep well at night no matter what situation I have to deal with.
Anyone who has suffered from anxiety attacks knows how debilitating they can be. Some common symptoms of severe stress and anxiety are:
- A stomach that feels as though it is all knotted up
- Lack of focus
- Trouble sleeping
- Poor digestion
- Lack of energy and sometimes extreme exhaustion
- Depression
- Headaches
- Frustration and lack of patience
Quite obviously stress and anxiety can wreak havoc on your body as well as your mind and emotions. It can disrupt every aspect of your life and keep you from achieving your goals.
What Happens When You Live with Constant Stress?
When you are constantly suffering from stress and anxiety your body goes into fight-or-flight mode and tends to stay there. This causes a major imbalance in your nervous system. When you are always in fight-or-flight mode (the sympathetic nervous system) your body is doing three things:
- It is using all of your energy to fight to keep you alive
- It is draining your adrenals
- It is tapping into all of your body’s resources
In other words your body is in a constant state of fighting or running away as opposed to a state of calm relaxation (the parasympathetic nervous system).
Prolonged periods of stress and anxiety will keep your nervous system unbalanced and cause you to not only feel weak and exhausted but will also cause you to get really sick. Your body simply cannot stay in this stressed out state for so long without there being some negative consequences.
It can take your body and mind a long time to rebuild once you have balanced out your nervous system and state of mind again. The trick is to not allow it to get to such an extreme state that it takes such a negative toll on your health.
How to Deal with Stress and Anxiety
There are a lot of methods for dealing with anxiety such as meditation, yoga, exercise, deep breathing, laughing, writing, etc. Adopting even just one of these stress relievers into your lifestyle can make a big difference.
However if you need to relieve anxiety quickly and hopefully stop it before it becomes a full fledge attack there is only one method that has worked every time for me… that is with brainwave audios such as binaural beats.
Using Binaural Beats to Stop Anxiety Quickly
Binaural beats are a type of brainwave entrainment audio that you listen to with headphones. There are many different unique recordings that can be used including one that is specifically created for relieving anxiety.
The anxiety binaural beats present very specific frequencies to each individual ear in order to help the brain lower its frequency level to a state that normally could only be achieved through years of meditation practice.
This allows you to very quickly and efficiently bring your nervous system out of the fight-or-flight mode and back into a balanced state of being.

- Bring your body and mind into a state of total relaxation
- Not only relieve your anxiety within a 30 minute time period but also bring you into a much more focused state

I personally listen to my brainwave audio every morning before I leave my house even if I don’t feel stressed out. This allows me to start my day with a balanced nervous system which will help me to deal with any stress that comes my way effectively.
However you can use your binaural beats any time you feel you need them.

For your brainwave audio to be most effective you should listen to them while sitting in a quiet room with your eyes closed. They should also be listened to with a pair of headphones.
This method of stress relief is scientifically proven and has shown to be very effective. It is the only way that I have been able to take myself out of fight-or-flight mode and relieve my anxiety in 30 minutes or less. After one quick session you will be left feeling calm, relaxed and a little bit like you are floating on air.
