Free Lemon Cleanse Diet Directions
You might find the lemon cleanse diet being called by two other names – the master cleanse diet or the lemonade diet. Effectively, this is a detox diet, which is usually followed for a period of 10 days, with the purpose of cleansing the intestines of impurities, plague, parasites and gunk. The lemon cleanse diet is also known to be quite effective for weight loss, and people have experienced losing 5 to 10 pounds within a week of staying on this diet. This diet is quite popular and is reported to be safe, but remember that there is a medical disclaimer on this, meaning that the results are not guaranteed and this diet might have a negative side effect on some people – so it’s best to get the advice of your health practitioner before launching this diet.
What are the benefits of the Master cleanse or Lemon cleanse diet?
If you are suffering from digestive problems such as – acidity, indigestion or gas formation or if you have colon related issues like worms or constipation, then this diet can help you cleanse up your digestive and intestinal tract leaving it free of parasites and disease causing bacteria.
You would also need to couple a few enema causing actions like a “sea salt flush” cum bentonite cleanse in conjunction with this diet, in order to clean out your colon and intestines of all the plague deposits.

2 tablespoons of grade B maple syrup
A pinch of cayenne pepper powder or a dash of cayenne syrup
10 oz of pure water
You just need to mix up the above ingredients to make a glass of lemonade for the diet. You will need to drink atleast 6-8 glasses of juice everyday while also drinking plenty of water. Most people drink a 10 oz glass of juice every two hours through the day, while some drink 8 oz glass of juice every one hour.
Remember that it’s essential to use cayenne pepper and Grade B maple syrup as the ingredients. Don’t use Grade A maple syrup for the making the lemonade.
Using a sea salt flush in a lemon cleanse diet
After two days of following the juice diet, your intestines would be rid of most of the solid wastes. Now is the time to clean up your colon and intestines of all the stored up gunk and plague. A sea salt flush is effective for this purpose.
In the morning, you can take some colon cleansing agents like Bentonite or psyllium seeds. These agents form a gel like coating on the plague of the intestines. After an hour or so, drink up a quart of lukewarm water with 2 full teaspoons of sea salt mixed in it (don’t add more or it will sting your throat). Within an hour of ingesting this mix, the body will eliminate the sea salt for the body and along with it comes the plague which sticks to the bentonite gel.

The detox helps the body cleanse the gunk along the digestive tract and also gets rid of any toxic wastes deposited in the liver or fatty tissues. It’s advisable to consult your doctor or physician before venturing on this diet, especially if you are diabetic or if you suffer from hypertension. Moreover, if you find some uncomfortable symptoms like giddiness or chronic fatigue, it’s best to consult a doctor or discontinue the diet. Most people find that they are quite comfortable during the duration of the lemon cleanse diet, in fact many cite that they feel very energetic during the first week of the diet (except the first two days when you body is adjusting to the change of conditions).
