How to Meditate for Telekinesis?
Telekinesis is the ability to move or agitate objects through the power of the mind. The idea of telekinesis is far from being a modern one and although called by different names, it has been mentioned in some of the world’s most ancient writings. So, is it possible to get telekinetic powers through meditation?
Is Telekinesis Real?
Many scientific studies have been conducted to try and recreate telekinetic activities in controlled circumstances and thereby prove its existence.
It is generally accepted within scientific communities that in order for telekinesis to exist, several established laws of physics would have to be violated. This however doesn’t seem to prevent as many as a third of people questioned in studies, believing in the possibility of telekinesis, including some scientists.
Tests that measure telekinetic possibilities are incredibly stringent and as yet no conclusive scientific evidence has been accepted.
Whilst even the scientific community is divided on the possibility of telekinesis being possible, its greatest debunkers explain any reports of telekinesis as hoax, trickery, slight of hand or audience suggestibility.
Telekinesis Training
Despite the general skepticism in the fields of science, proponents of telekinesis abound. Living as we do in the computer age, it comes as no surprise to find that the Internet has hundreds of sites discussing telekinesis. Many of these sites claim they can help the reader learn telekinesis. Interestingly, many of these sites don’t ask you to buy anything but just deliver the instructions.
The argument most commonly put forward is that we as humans only utilize a tiny portion of our brains suggesting that the unused parts are for use in activities we don’t necessarily understand as yet, such as telekinesis, telepathy and so forth.
How to Meditate for Telekinesis
It is suggested that the only thing that stops all humans from becoming proficient in telekinesis is our own self-limiting beliefs. Most writing on the subject seems to suggest that our inherent abilities will not develop overnight but will take time and commitment.
In order to practice telekinesis you need to be in as relaxed or meditative state as possible. If you are not familiar with meditation it is suggested that you master this first. The process is then a simple one of visualizing over and over what it is you are trying to achieve. The advice is to start on small, light objects such as a feather, paper, a small pen or the flame of a candle. Visualizations need to be done daily and for as long as possible. From there it is seemingly just a matter of time and patience.
There are many things that man cannot explain that do happen and science isn’t necessarily the answer to every enigma that life holds. This of itself has been illustrated over and over again. Telekinesis may not as yet have any concrete scientific evidence to prove its existence but many people nonetheless believe it is possible within the realms of human capabilities.
