I would highly recommend Tai Chi to anyone who has a high stress lifestyle. I just attended a couple of classes and I have never felt so free and rejuvenated. I think it helps release energy blockages in your body which makes you feel light and relaxed. I have tried yoga but did not find anything close to this experience.
