6.) Developing healthy habits like sleeping on time, eating on time – If you’ve not slept properly it is a given that you will have bad work day. Your brain and nervous system needs the rest and relaxation of deep sleep to feel rejuvenated to take on another bout of workplace stress. You and indulge your party craving on weekends, during the work days for a sober schedule that does not involve too much excitement – this way you will conserve nerve energy.

7.) Practicing a few simple stress exercises – Try this, whenever you feel stressed and nervous just take your attention inside your body and stay there for a few minutes. This method of “inner body” realization will put you back in touch with your being and you will not feel disconnected anymore. You can also practice deep breathing every now and then to supply some rich oxygen to your brain. If you have enough savings, you can even quit without a job in hand if the situation is really bad. If the thought of quitting keeps popping in your mind everyday, then it would indicate a definite problem at your workplace – respect your feelings and intuition.
